Return, Exchange and Refund

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
  • Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service. The return shipping address will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped back to that address. (To return your order with us you MUST firstly contact our customer service team, or your return may be denied.)
  • Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
  • Please notice that Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Email us first to state the problems with 7 days of receipt. You can send us some pictures of the wig to state your problems.
  • All are not refundable and returnable, only if there is any quality problem.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns.
  • Customer service may offer a cash coupon for your return. Please note, items purchased with coupons are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 4-30 business days to process.

RETURN POLICY

We aim to show the top quality to our customers, and if there are any questions about quality, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the exchange and return in no used state within 30 days of receipt.

Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any exchanges or returns.

Eligible Products:

  • Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)
  • Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging
  • Item(s) are returned within 30 days of the order delivery date
  • Have all Gift sets included

Ineligible Products

  • The frontal lace was cut or damaged
  • The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products
  • The item was damaged, or the original status was changed
  • Custom orders, Clearance items and Gift gallery items.
  • Please note that we can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.

We are not held responsible for any lost returns.

  • Items that do not meet these criteria will be charged a 50% fee or you can opt to have the items sent back, and the reshipping fees will be charged
  • Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back, otherwise retail value will be charged.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We allow one free exchange for all US orders on all eligible products within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Please see our return policy above for eligible products criteria.

Please contact our customer service if you would like to make an exchange on your order.

If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the payment difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Your exchange can only be processed after we have received your return.

  • All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.
  • Our refund will be processed in 5-7 business days after your return has been received.
  • If you ask for an exchange, our customer service will contact you once the return has been received.

REFUNDS

We are glad to tell you that If you wish to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation, You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Please allow 5-7working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 4-30 business days to process.
