Shipping, Processing & Tracking


Besthairlook offers free US shipping on orders over $89 and free worldwide shipping on orders over $129.


  • Standard Order: It will take 5-7 days to produce wigs, hair bundles and hair extensions.
  • Lace Front Wigs/Lace Closure/Lace Base Hair Topper Order: It will take 8-12 days to produce your order.
  • Monofilament Wigs/ Mono Base Hair Topper Order: It will take 15-20 days to produce your order.
  • Skin Base Hair Topper/Silk Base Hair Topper:  It will take 15-20 days to produce your order.
  • Full Lace Wigs/360 Lace Wigs Order: It will take 12-15 working days to produce your wigs.
  • Accessories: It usually takes about 3-5 days for processing.

Please pay attention to it while placing the order. The production time does not include transportation time, regardless of which shipping method is selected at checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express.

Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you would like to change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is to wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you a refund.

All the orders and orders with high-value products are signature requested. If the signature request is waived or you have a signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or TNT,  Besthairlook will no longer be responsible for any loss or damage to the package.


The tracking No. of your parcel will be sent to you after your order is delivered. You may use it to check the status of your order online.
